In search of perspective

Hey y'all :) Final exams are looming and so is the rest of my life... hopefully! Which has me thinking - what's important in your world? Is your career the most important thing to you? Is that a view many people hold? Or is it family, children, husbands, partners?

And for those of you in fandom - what's your main fandom right now? I know most of us met through Hornblower, and I'm sure Hornblower is still a fandom for you, but what's your MAIN fandom, as of today?

Curiouser and curiouser.

OK, it's the holidays. That means there's no studying to be done. Work is still only part-time and is most certainly not the place I want to be working in two years' time. therefore, I think my hobby is currently the most important thing.

Also, I don't really have all that many fandoms to choose from. Sharpe is probably the main one, as it has been for some time. I'm just not as active a fan as some people I know.

This won't get me chucked from your f-list will it?!

I've been an awful fan :) May 31st was my 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend, and it was also the 1 year anniversary of the death of fandom in my life! :/ LOL Um. So. I hope to have time for fandom again soon, but right now I have time for work + uni + boyfriend or work + uni + fandom :) Soon uni will be out of the equation, though, yay!!!
