Drawn using Colors!, a fantastic homebrew app for the NDS. (If you have an NDS and an R4 card or something similar, you should check it out! It's freeware and a lot of fun to use.)
There are a million things wrong with the picture, but it still makes me gleeful :) It's a long shot I know, but I'll give a cookie to anyone who can guess who it's meant to be :)
ETA: Er. I just had a proper look at the picture. It looks like it could be no-one/anyone. So. Um. :)
